Bought one in March/ April ast year. The first one was not turning on. It kept showing the Oppo symbol over and over so I returned it thinking it was a one off. The replacement which was brand new would not fast charge after using it for a week. Gradually the phone started showing signs of deterioration. For example it would get extremely affer about 10 min of normal web page scrolling. I've also experienced hard clicking when I opened the flip component- it had some resistance. About two months ago, black lines appeared on the top of the phone covering the time and battery guage- added to that the c connectorhas to be pushed right in for it to charge. It has to wriggled around to find the "sweet spot" where it engages to resume charging the phone.

I took it back to Jb hifi within a year of valid warranty and they refuse to fix it. I've experienced nothing but trouble with this phone. Poorly made, materials are very flimsy. Should have stayed with Samsung.

Stay away. Worst phone ever owned. Happy to show proof of purchase.
